Azadeh Gowharrizi has 20 years of diverse litigation experience spanning various areas of law including complex commercial disputes, corporate governance, securities, breach of contract, fraud, environmental matters, and tort claims. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court as well as private arbitration.
In addition to her extensive civil litigation experience, Ms. Gowharrizi has advised clients on internal and regulatory investigations. She also has cross-border experience that includes counseling foreign corporate clients on litigation strategies and risks.
Outside of private practice, Ms. Gowharrizi has served as a Hearing Officer for the City of Santa Monica and taught legal research and writing as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. She also served as a mediator for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, where she successfully resolved over 350 cases.
