In 2026, the firm earned a ranking in the second annual Chambers & Partners California Spotlight Guide for its work in Labor & Employment. Chambers created the Spotlight Guide in 2025 to recognize exceptionally strong small and mid-sized firms, based on the same core research Chambers applies to its rankings of big firms: client service quality, market reputation, and depth of experience in a given practice area. The firm is currently one of only 14 California law firms that have received this distinction in Labor & Employment to date.
